No mispelling too minute. No typo too trivial. No perplexing pontification too piddling. No bogus exposition excusably blunderous.
There are no doubt countless errors in these two texts (even with the multiple layers of proofing that have taken place). Each of you, the communty of students, researchers, teachers, and research mentors, can make an important contribution to our community of quasar oficianados by kindly helping us all keep track of errata. When/if there are additional printings and/or editions of these texts, the errata will be corrected thanks to you for taking time recording them here.
Your entry will be included on a dynamic ledger of Known Errata that is also published on this website.
For bookkeeping purposes, errata are identified first by (1) book volume and chapter, then as (2) text, table, figure, or figure caption, and then by (3) page number. Please enter only a single erratum per form. However, if multiple errata are found on a single page, single table, or single figure, they can be submitted in one form.
I personally THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP in contributing to making these texts more accurate and useful for us all.
Thank you,
Christopher W. Churchill
